Recent Projects

This project was to create more space in a home in Kirton Lindsey. The owners required a kitchen diner area with extra living space all open plan. This was achieved by adding a full-width extension to the back of the home. We also created 2 more rooms to the left of the kitchen diner too.

This project was something a little different as the client didn’t just want a loft conversion.  They also required a Juliet balcony and a bifold door too. As you can see the project is now complete and looks great. The owners are very happy and can wait for the better weather to come!

After working on Old Courts Vets in Brigg, we got. talking to one of the vets who had an idea for his garden.  He was looking for something different a Tiki Retreat to create his own tropical paradise at home during the lockdown. Read more here.

The whole build took a few months but as you can see it was worth it!

This project was to turn a garage into a kitchen, The client required a full garage conversion with bi-fold doors at the rear and window in the front with a knock through from the lounge.   This entailed a full kitchen fit including flooring, skirting boards, architrave etc, pocket doors and outside patio area… completed in 8 days.

This was a great project where the vets at Brigg required full internal refurbishment.  The project went well with the reception area and back rooms being renovated. We especially love the reception area, where we’ve fitted scaffold boarding to the wall to create this rustic look!!

Here we have a guy who loves his good lady!  She was asking for a dressing room for makeup etc and as they had a spare box room would this be possible.  We decided to come up with this idea and timed it so that it was ready for her birthday as a surprise!  Happy Birthday……

So not only do we do extensions and loft conversions in Scunthorpe, Brigg, and Grimsby but we can also do landscaping!  Here we had a client who had an extremely large garden and wanted a more high end feel to it for entertaining, and also have an area for the children to play in without losing the high-end feel.  We made the decision to start from scratch and ended up as you can see with a beautiful garden, play area and entertaining section that the client loved.

Here we have an old building that needed a little TLC. They had some old dilapidated outbuildings attached to their home and wanted to create more living space with an extension, and with a modern feel to it.  We decided to pull down the existing buildings and start from search, and replaced it with a modern cladding design living area.

Here we had a project on a small home in Lincolnshire that had been built in the 1600’s.  They were looking for more living space without the expense.  After looking at the home we noticed an old outhouse that was built onto the back of the kitchen which we could remove and add a small living area to the back end of the kitchen with a small extension.  As you can see the finished job was really good and the clients were pleased.

A family that just needed another bedroom with a built-in ensuite but did not want to move home as there were so many memories there. They called us and we offered them a free quotation and showed them how we could create the space they required.  The final outcome of this Loft conversion was great and the clients were pleased with the work and timescale.

Here we had a  1950s bungalow that was in need of some TLC.  The owner wanted something a little different and requested we looked at an ultra-modern design. We stripped the whole bungalow out added a large extension and decorated the interior.  Just what the doctor ordered and another happy client!

They say the kitchen is the heart of your home. Well, here they wanted a huge open plan kitchen to cook and entertain.  We added a large rear extension with a flat roof and bi-fold doors to create (for those nice days and evenings) and a huge open plan kitchen.

Here we have another kitchen extension which is popular at the moment. The open plan kitchen was created by building a small rear extension and removing existing internal walls. After this, a new kitchen was installed for that final finish, we are not just builders!

This job was to create more space in the loft, the current loft was too low for this to be done, so the roof had to be removed and a higher roof was installed enabling us to create the conversion.

The conversion created 2 new bedrooms and an extra bathroom.
