Finally got round to leaving a few words about this company. We approached Will about having a dormer shell built he turned up sent us a quote and work went ahead. From start to finish all I can say is Will and his team are fantastic nothing was ever too much trouble, all of them were hard working polite courteous and very very tidy. After a very enthusiastic visit from James to get a quote for a loft conversion we were in no doubt that he was the man for the job.His team came and conquered!! The 5-6 week estimated completion was reduced to 3 weeks. They worked so so hard and never left for the day without tidying up. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and hard work.....dealing with a difficult space, they have given us a much needed extra bedroom and bathroom, not to mention an awesome amount of storage.I would not hesitate to recommend James and his team for any construction work......just don’t make it a “dry job” 🤣......regular cups of tea was the least I could do. Extension in Kirton Lindsey

Summer 2021

This project was to create more space in a home in Kirton Lindsey. The owners required a kitchen diner area with extra living space all open plan. This was achieved by adding a full-width extension to the back of the home. We also created 2 more rooms to the left of the kitchen diner too.

Dormer Loft Conversion Scunthorpe

February 2021

This project was something a little different as the client didn’t just want a loft conversion. They also required a Juliet balcony and a bifold door too. As you can see the project is now complete and looks great. The owners are very happy and can wait for the better weather to come!
